  Microsoft is investigating Exchange Online issue EX1464935: users may be unable to connect to, or may experience degraded functionality with, Exchange Online. Reported symptoms include delays or failures when sending or receiving email, authentication errors when accessing Exchange Online services, difficulties in Exchange administration experiences, and intermittent failures affecting mailbox operations and message delivery. Microsoft is continuing its investigation to determine the full scope of affected scenarios and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
